Design-Build
We bring designers and builders together where Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Sub-contractors work together as a team. We offer a single point of contact for our clients, with a dedicated Project Manager to provide a unified work flow from initial concept to completion. This is an expedited process to have your project completed sooner than the traditional Design/Bid/Build process.
We also offer budget advice based on the client’s needs. This informs the client on general costs of building components, which may allow for flexibility on where to place money in the project
Construction
If a client has another architect or does not require a permit or design services, we offer construction-only services as well.
In construction we provide schedule management, quality control, and consistent communication with our clients to ensure overall project success.
